- Q: How long does delivery take?
A: 14-28 businees days. Shipping can be delayed caused by COVID-19 pandemic. We appreciate your patience since the international shipping can not be as fast as DHL, UPS or amazon shipping.
Q: What countries do you ship to?
A: Worldwide except some place post office shipping can NOT arrive.
Q: How will my delivery be shipped?
A: Usually orders will be shipped within 48 hours on a weekday. We use a separate shipping company for our goods. This means that upon shipping, the risk of loss or delay passes to this shipping company. Tracking number will be updated after the shipping company sending packages to post office, that usually take 1-2 working days. You can track your order on www.17track.net. If you found any ususual status, please contact your local post office or contact us.
Q: I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
A: We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.
Q: Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is on route.
Q: What do I need to do when I received a different product than what I ordered?

Returns or Exchange
1. You are able to cancel or exchange any order placed on our website which has not yet been dispatched from our ware-house. There will be no charge.
2. To cancel or change an order which has not been dispatched from our ware-house, please contact via email anytime. Please have your order number to hand. Please understand the different time zone if reply delays.
3. If you wish to cancel or change an order, and the order has already been dispatched from our ware-house, please follow the relevant returns procedure.
4. Unwanted Goods can be exchanged, please follow the returns procedure and then re-order your preferred product online.
5. To exchange an unwanted good, please return the goods to us within 28 calendar days of the delivery date. Please ensure that the returned goods are clearly labelled with your original order details.
6. We are not under the obligation to accept unwanted goods simply because they can be found cheaper elsewhere.
